Not found in 1850 Tattnall Co. census, but in Leon Co. Fl in 1860. Eliza's Civil War pension application (link is to Florida state archives, but pension pages are pdf files) states that they were married 26 Dec 1846 in Tattnall Co. and she'd continuously resided in Fl since her wedding date. She had lived in Georgia until she was 19 years old.

There were only two Todd heads of household enumerated in the 1830 Tattnall Co. census: William Todd, Jr. and Edward D. Todd. It appears all William's children are accounted for in later records, so it seems plausible that Eliza was one of the two daughters of Edward enumerated in 1830. Mary Elizabeth was the other one.
